Converting an Email into a Ticket

If an email arrives into your personal account and you would like to convert it into a trackable ticket, you can use the "Convert to Ticket" button above the email. This will send a copy of the email to Keeping and allow you to reply, assign, and interact with the email as if the customer emailed you at your support address.

Choose which Mailbox you would like to send the ticket from, and the email will be converted into a ticket and shared with your entire team.
