You can set how often you are notified for activity in your Keeping mailboxes. To change this setting, go to the "Preferences" area of the Keeping website, and then choose which mailbox you'd like to configure your notifications for. You may have different notification settings for each mailbox.
After selecting your mailbox, you can choose how you would like to be notified for various types of events. For most categories, you can choose to be notified only on your own tickets or all tickets.
Keeping will notify you for every new ticket that arrives in your shared mailbox.
Keeping will notify you when someone on your team replies to a customer.
Keeping will notify you when your customer replies to an existing ticket.
You will be notified when a team members uses the "@mention" feature to tag you in a private note.
You will be notified when a new private note is added to a ticket.
Keeping will notify you when you are assigned to a ticket.
Keeping will notify you when a ticket's status, priority, or tag changes. This may lead to a lot of notifications!
