Removing a Mailbox

Navigate to your mailboxes page in the Keeping settings, choose the mailbox you wish to delete by clicking the trash can icon.

Note: deleting a mailbox also deletes all the email and tickets connected to that mailbox. While they will be preserved in your Gmail account, you'll lose all ticket statuses, notes, and assignments for email connected to this mailbox.
