Customers email this address for help (e.g. support@company.com). Add an unlimited number of support mailboxes to support multiple products or companies.

1. Select ‘Add new mailbox’ from the setting menu

2. Setup your new mailbox

Select an easy to recognise name for your mailbox under the field ‘Mailbox Name’ and enter the email address you want to share with your team and select who in your team has permission to access the mailbox.

3. Forward your email address
