What is growth hacking?

Growth hacking is a marketing technique that uses a variety of tactics called “hacks”. These hacks use creativity, analytical thinking, and social metrics to gain exposure. Unlike traditional marketing, these hacks are free or cost very little to implement and are therefore ideal for young startups.

We’ve developed our own version of ‘Growth Hacking’ and divided our tactics into four categories. Acquisition: How to acquire leads of potential customers in the most efficient way. Conversion: How to convert prospects into users. Retention: How to ensure users continue to use our service. Revenue: How to generate revenue in the most sustainable manner.

Who are we?

We have developed the world’s first helpdesk that integrates inside Gmail. Keeping™ helps you deliver better customer support directly from within your current mailbox. Our company was founded by Vincent Cassar and Daniel Piché.

Why are we sharing what we do?

Have you ever kept a journal? Did you find the process useful because it made you accountable? That’s exactly what we are doing. We’ve decided to document and share how we are growing our company to be accountable to ourselves and to an external audience.
